VERONA NEGRONI
The Negroni is said to have been invented in Florence by the dauntless Italian Count Camillo Negroni in the early 20th century.
Ingredients
- 30ml Qvarto Gin
- 15ml Sweet red vermouth
- 15ml Campari
- 75ml Sparkling wine
- 75ml Soda water
- 1/2 Orange slice (for garnish)
Methods
- Step 1
Chill all the ingredients before assembling, including the glasses if you can. Build into the glass. Add good quality ice and plenty of it.
- Step 2
Stir with spoon and garnish with half orange slice.
